St. Joseph’s Catholic Church

The church was founded in 1886 in what was then known as Indian Territory. The Church

and Rectory still stand today as both a symbol of Oklahoma history and a beacon of faith and

hope. The parish is still serving the people of the area.

St. Joseph’s Rectory

The “Rectory” or house was built in 1905 and has provided a home and church office for the clergy who have served the parishioners of St. Joseph. More often than not, the clergy have served through great difficulty during many challenging times.
